Platinum Networks has been contacted by CloudFlare and assured that none of our sites were affected by the bug, however, we will continue to keep our clients updated on the issue

 

Recently we have become aware of a bug in one of the companies (Cloudflare)  that we use to serve our DNS to our customers. CloudFlare’s report can be found here. Cloudflare says, “The bug was serious because the leaked memory could contain private information and because it had been cached by search engines.” They have also said that no evidence of malicious use of the bug has been found. Platinum Networks has been contacted by CloudFlare and assured that none of our sites were affected by the bug, however, we will continue to keep our clients updated on the issue
